Payments & Pricing

OOOW accepts payment by credit card (VISA and Mastercard), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, using the secure services of each provider. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
We do not accept personal cheques, cash payments, or bank transfers.

Ordering Online

After selecting your items, proceed to checkout, where you may complete your purchase as a guest or by creating an account. Once you submit your order and payment details, an order confirmation email containing your invoice will be sent to you. This email confirms that we have received your order, but does not guarantee stock availability.
Your order becomes binding only when your item(s) are dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

OOOW reserves the right to cancel or modify any order at any time for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, or issues with payment verification. In such cases, you will be notified by email and offered either a full refund or store credit.

Product Information

Many OOOW pieces are handmade and individually crafted. Small variations in shape, texture, or tone are inherent to the handmade process and are considered part of the design character — not faults. Neither OOOW nor its directors, employees, or contractors shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase of goods, or from any linked external sites. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

We strive to ensure that all information, imagery, and pricing displayed on the OOOW website are accurate and current. However, occasional errors or inaccuracies may occur. OOOW reserves the right to correct such errors and to update product information or pricing without notice.
