Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for choosing OOOW. Each limited-edition cushion is crafted as a collectible design piece. Below is how we ship and deliver your order.

Where We Deliver
  • We deliver Australia-wide to street addresses.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

  • No pickups / Click & Collect are offered.

Delivery Services
  • We partner with trusted third-party carriers and premium delivery services.

Costs & Access Info
  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size/weight.

  • Please tell us about any access constraints (stairs only, no lift, steep driveway, remote/rural) at checkout. Extra charges may apply for hard-to-access locations.

Dispatch Timeframes

OOOW Cushions & Small Items

  • Standard dispatch: 3–10 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Peak periods or special releases may extend dispatch times.

Carrier & Tracking
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive Email/SMS tracking from OOOW or our carrier.

  • If the email doesn’t arrive, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at hello@ooow.com.au.

Address Changes & Re-Delivery
  • Need to change the delivery address? Please email hello@ooow.com.au before your order is dispatched.

  • If a delivery is attempted and fails (no safe drop, inaccessible address, no one available for signature where required):

    • The parcel may be returned to the depot or to OOOW.

    • Redelivery or redirection fees may apply and will be quoted before we rebook.

Lost or Damaged Goods
  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

  • Cushions / Small Items: report damage within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Email hello@ooow.com.au with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue so we can assist promptly.

Delays (Peak & Force Majeure)
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates. High-volume periods, extreme weather, natural disasters, industrial action or other events beyond our control may cause delays. We’ll keep you updated where possible.

Risk & Title
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the street address you provided (or when an authorised person accepts the delivery).

  • Title remains with OOOW until payment is received in full.

Liability
  • To the extent permitted by law, OOOW is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays or carrier handling.

  • Our liability is limited to the lesser of the replacement/repair of the goods or the price paid, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
