Burnt Orange Geometric Cushion — a limited edition burnt orange velvet sculptural cushion, handmade in Sydney by award-winning architect Piril Kugu. A collectible art object where architectural precision meets tactile softness.

Its precise forms are a dialogue between structure and emotion — measured enough to ground a room, warm enough to reach for. Covered in dead-stock velvet that catches light like a textile artwork.

Each piece is individually handcrafted. No two are exactly alike.

Filling

100% Recycled Polyester Fibre — thermally bonded, antimicrobial, mildew-resistant, free of harmful VOCs. Maintains its sculptural form over time.

Fabric

Burnt orange soft velour paired with an orange-gold wool blend creates a rich, tactile presence.

Dimensions

Approximately 55 cm in diameter. Handmade — minor variations in size and form are part of its sculptural character.

Design Note

Each OOOW cushion is made as a single continuous piece. The cover is intentionally fixed — not designed for removal — to preserve the integrity of the sculptural form.

Care

Gently wipe with a soft cloth. Spot clean with mild detergent and cold water. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
